Prior to joining The Plus IP Firm, I worked at numerous boutique intellectual property law firms where I gained first-hand experience in working with clients and helping them achieving their business and entrepreneurial goals.
Recently, I graduated, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University with a Juris Doctor where I completed a concentration in intellectual property. Concurrent to my legal studies, I pursued a masters in business administration. Upon graduating with my legal degree, I graduated concurrently with Masters in Business Intelligence Analytics.
Prior to my graduate studies, I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on neural and mechanical anatomical systems. My comprehensive understanding of biomedical engineering enabled me to write a comprehensive brief about bio-medicinal law, specifically, about the significant similarities between certain biopharmaceuticals and controlled substances. In light of this brief, I wrote a motion to dismiss which was argued and filed in a federal criminal trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. I have also written motions for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida regarding trademark and copyright infringement, as well as appellate motions for Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals.
Now, I utilize my vast education in business intelligence, engineering, and intellectual property law to deliver my clients quality legal work and advise specifically tailored to help them achieve forthcoming success. When my clients approach me with complex problems, I conduct in depth analysis to find the best solutions. I help my clients to understand the all the risks associated with their endeavors and actively work with them to develop a plan of action.
